We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, preparing and packing orders for shipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring accuracy of orders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to lift 50 lb, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers with a fork truck.
  • Fulfill orders utilizing packing slips, this will include cutting material to specified lengths.
  • Operate power tools such as miter saws, drill press, and battery operated tools.
  • Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Organize and store merchandise in the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

The Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for revenue producing activities within a geographical territory. He/ She must establish a daily routine of customer engagement through a variety of methods and establish themselves as the face of Eagle Aluminum within an assigned territory. Presenting value, earning trust, and relationship development are non-negotiable functions of the Regional Sales Manager role.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Upholding Eagle Aluminum’s core company values listed in the VTO
  • Presenting value, earning trust, and relationship development with current and prospect customers
  • Revenue ownership within assigned geographical territory
  • Working within company standard margin guidelines based on project/ product line/ opportunity
  • Customer visits within designated territory and attending applicable tradeshows
  • Proactive and daily engagement with customers through a variety of methods
  • Providing market feedback to VP sales & leadership team around product, pricing, market conditions, customers, etc.
  • Assisting architects, contractors, installers, manufacturers, and distributors with revenue producing activities
  • Active stance with utilizing company CRM/ Netsuite
  • Identifying target accounts, managing and growing current accounts, customer acquisition, etc
  • Proactive organization and prioritization around customer facing activities
  • Working in conjunction with customer service representatives to ensure a positive user and company experience
  • Excitement to work with a growing company where input and efforts are applied through various departments

Skills needed for this role include:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Must be comfortable with overnight travel, 20 – 50%
  • Understanding of basic concepts of margin and gross profit
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, customers, and the Eagle team
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making decisions without direct supervision
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
