Virtually all major commercial roofing manufacturers (for TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems) mandate termination bars at membrane edges and transitions to validate full warranty coverage. Building codes and project specifications frequently require secure mechanical fastening at terminations.
Our aluminum termination bars (often called term bars or T-bars) are the industry standard for securing transition points. Unlike adhesives that degrade, these mechanical fastening devices provide the continuous, uniform pressure needed to lock membrane edges in place.
A Watertight Building Envelope: A rigid roofing compression bar distributes pressure evenly to prevent membrane creep, wrinkles, or pulling at parapet walls.
High-Force Resistance: Designed to withstand extreme wind uplift and dynamic vibration from rooftop HVAC systems.
