This Millwork Flanged Channel Reveal features a .50″ reveal to provide straight, even lines between architectural interior panels and a .19″ return key to protect panels and conceal unfinished edges. Architectural aluminum millwork channels with return keys are used to create visually appealing horizontal and vertical patterns between matching wall panels, or as a transition from one material to another. Aluminum Channel Reveals are commonly used in architectural, millwork, store fixture and display industries for applications such as covering seams, creating visual separation, and decorative edging.
Eagle Aluminum’s Millwork EMT-03 Flanged Channel Reveals are made from 6063-T5 aluminum which has a smooth surface and is ideally structured for anodized finishing, making it an ideal material for aluminum trim extrusions. Available in both 1.00″ and .75″ profile depths, these architectural flanged channel reveals are stocked in 10′ (120″) lengths in Clear Satin Anodized and Mill Finish. A variety of color anodized and powder coat finishes are available upon request to enhance the beauty of your wall panel material and craft your distinct vision. When panels are installed with Z clip ZCP-375 (.25″ stand-off), these aluminum millwork channels with return keys accommodate .50″ or .75″ panels.
