Architectural Z channel reveals are often referred to as “shadow line reveals” and “Z shadow beads” because they can be used to create the illusion of floating walls with only a shadow where you might normally find a base board. This Z channel reveal for 5/8″ drywall is available in four reveal widths to provide a reveal or relief detail around windows and doors, or to create clean, crisp lines at wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-floor junctions.

Eagle Aluminum’s EDW-Z063 Z channel reveals are made from 6063-T5 aluminum, an alloy ideally structured for accepting anodized finishes. Available with .50″, .625″, .75″ and 1.0″ reveals, these architectural reveal beads are stocked in 10′ (120″) lengths in Clear Satin Anodized and Mill Finish. A variety of color anodized and powder coat finishes are available upon request to enhance the Z shadow beads and craft your distinct vision.
